If your EMI is debited twice, rest assured that the excess amount will be refunded to your bank account within 3 working days.
To avoid dual deductions in the future, we recommend repaying your dues manually at least 48 hours before the due date or allowing the auto-debit to occur on the due date (1st date of every month).
