How can I close my InstaMoneyPlus account?

If you don't have an active loan, your status with credit bureaus won't be updated unless you request a permanent account closure.

To close your account, please email us at cs@instamoney.app. Our team will assist you with the process and provide a No Due Certificate.

Once your account is closed allow up to 30 calendar days after receiving the NDC for your account status to be updated as "Closed" with the credit bureaus
