How can I close my InstaMoneyPlus account?

To close your account, please email us at cs@instamoney.app. Our team will guide you through the steps and help you obtain your No Dues Certificate (NDC).

Once your account is closed, the Lending Partner reports your loan status and payment details to credit bureaus on a fortnightly basis (every 2 weeks). After that, it may take up to 7 days for bureaus like CIBIL, Experian, CRIF Highmark, and Equifax to process and update your credit report.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, we recommend checking your credit report directly on the respective bureau's official website.

As an LSP (Loan Service Provider)InstaMoney does not handle credit reporting—this process is solely managed by the Lending Partner.
