If your CIBIL report still shows your InstaMoneyPlus account as active, it’s likely because the Lending Partner will only update it as “Closed” after your account has been permanently closed and you've received the No Dues Certificate (NDC).
To resolve this, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email us at cs@instamoney.app to request surrender and closure of your account.
2️⃣ Await Confirmation: Once your account is closed, the Lending Partner will issue your NDC.
3️⃣ Wait for the Update: The Lending Partner reports loan closures to credit bureaus every 15 days (fortnightly). After the NDC is issued, it may take up to 7 more days for bureaus like CIBIL, Experian, CRIF Highmark, and Equifax to process and reflect the “Closed” status in your credit report.
