This usually happens when your bank account does not currently support auto-debit (e-mandate), which is required to process your loan application. Because of this, we are unable to move forward with the current application.
In this situation, you will need to close the current application and raise a refund. You can then apply again after 30 days using a bank account that supports auto-debit.
How to raise a refund:
- Click on Continue Loan Application
- Select Raise a Refund Request
- Submit your request
Once submitted, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
We recommend reapplying with a bank account that supports auto-debit to ensure a smooth approval next time.
