We understand that you wish to cancel your UPI AutoPay. However, please note that while your loan account is active, cancellation of the UPI mandate is not possible. Since the Lending Partner manages the mandate, it will remain active until the loan is fully repaid.
Once your loan is closed, you can cancel the UPI AutoPay mandate by following these steps in the InstaMoney application:
➡ Go to More
➡ Select Profile Details
➡ Click on Bank and Mandate
➡ Cancel the mandate for the closed loan
Rest assured, UPI payments will only be attempted for active loans, and no unauthorized attempts will be made.
