We understand you wish to cancel your UPI AutoPay, however, please note that until your loan account is active, you will not be able to request cancellation of the UPI mandate. InstaMoney will only attempt UPI payments while your loan is active and will not make any unauthorized attempts.
If your loan is closed and you wish to cancel the UPI AutoPay, you can simply go to the loan application and click on More -> Profile details -> Bank and Mandate and cancel the mandate for the closed loan
