What is an ECS bounce charge?

An ECS bounce charge is a fee imposed by your bank when there are insufficient funds in your account to process the EMI payment on the due date. If the bank attempts to debit the EMI and the transaction fails due to a low balance, the bank charges this fee for the unsuccessful attempt.

Important: Neither InstaMoney nor the Lending Partner levy any bounce charges. This fee is solely charged by your bank. To avoid these charges, please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the due date.
