We understand that you wish to cancel your NACH, but please note that you will not be able to request a cancellation while your loan account is active. InstaMoney will only attempt ECS payments while the loan is active and will not make any unauthorized attempts.
If your loan is closed and you wish to cancel the NACH, you can simply go to the loan application and click on More -> Profile details -> Bank and Mandate and cancel the mandate for the closed loan.
