We understand that you wish to cancel your NACH mandate, but please note that cancellation is not possible while your loan account is active. Since the Lending Partner manages the mandate, it will remain active until the loan is fully repaid.
Once your loan is closed, you can cancel the NACH by following these steps in the InstaMoney application:
➡ Go to More
➡ Select Profile Details
➡ Click on Bank and Mandate
➡ Cancel the mandate for the closed loan
Rest assured, ECS payments will only be attempted for active loans, and no unauthorized attempts will be made.
