The Loan application fee, i.e. (Between ₹199 to ₹249) covers the cost of credit assessment, verification, and loan evaluation and is charged as part of the application process, regardless of the application outcome. Since these services are conducted upfront, the fee remains non-refundable under any circumstances.
We understand that a rejected application can be disappointing. To ensure complete transparency, this policy is clearly mentioned on the Payment page and in our Terms of Service (Clause 3.6).
Important to Note:
The fee is charged by the Lending Partner, not InstaMoney. As an LSP (Loan Service Provider), we do not charge or collect this fee.
We strongly recommend reviewing and addressing the possible reasons for rejection before reapplying. These reasons will be:

✅ Available in your application.
Resolving these issues will help improve your chances of approval when you apply again.
