Can I delete my account if I am not interested in applying for a loan?

You can request the deactivation or deletion of your InstaMoney profile.

Conditions before proceeding:

  • Your account must not be in an active or disbursed stage
  • All existing or future dues must be fully cleared

Available options:


1. Deactivate Account

  • Deactivation will stop all promotional communications
  • You can continue using your account
  • You may reactivate it at any time by logging in with your registered mobile number


2. Delete Account

  • Deletion will permanently remove your account
  • Repayment and transactional records will be retained as required under applicable regulatory norms
