Conditions before proceeding:
- Your account must not be in a disbursed stage
- All existing or future dues must be fully cleared
Available options:
1. Deactivate Account
- Deactivation will stop all promotional communications
- You can continue using your account
- You may reactivate it at any time by logging in with your registered mobile number
2. Delete Account
- Deletion will permanently remove your account
- Repayment and transactional records will be retained as required under applicable regulatory norms
