What should I do if my OTP is not received during the Bank statement stage?

If you don’t receive the OTP:

  • Wait for a few minutes, as messages can sometimes be delayed
  • Make sure your registered mobile number is active and has proper network coverage to receive SMS

If the OTP still doesn’t arrive:

  • Check your phone’s network settings
  • Try again
  • Contact your bank for support
