To complete your KYC, follow these steps:
Selfie Verification
Open the app, take a selfie, and click "Proceed." Your KYC details will be automatically fetched from CKYC if available.
Other Options (if CKYC doesn’t work)
Digilocker: Log in with your Digilocker credentials (Aadhaar-registered mobile number or ID). Ensure your Aadhaar is linked to your mobile number.
Manual Upload: Upload clear photos of your original PAN card in a well-lit area.
Since KYC verification is handled by the Lending Partner, the process and approval time may vary.
If you encounter any issues, tap the "New Support Ticket" icon in the app to raise a ticket.
