Yes, you can make a manual payment through the app. However, if auto-debit is enabled, please ensure that you make the payment at least 24 hours before the due date to avoid duplicate deductions.
Your auto-debit mandate is scheduled for the 1st of every month. If you make a manual payment on the same day, there is a possibility that both the manual payment and the auto-debit will be processed, resulting in two debits.
To prevent this, we recommend either:
✅ Making your manual payment on the 30th or 31st of the previous month, or
✅ Allowing the EMI to be auto-debited on the due date.
