How can I close my loan account if it was settled?

If your loan was settled and you wish to have it officially closed on your credit report, please follow these steps:

1. Email us at cs@instamoney.app requesting the closure of your loan account.

2. We will review your account to check if any balance remains.

3. If applicable, we will inform you of the pending amount and share a secure repayment link.

4. Once the payment is completed, we will process the closure and send you a confirmation email along with a No Dues Certificate (NDC).

Please allow 7–10 working days for the closure process after payment is made.

Your credit report will be updated to show the loan as "Closed" within 30 days. For the most accurate status, please check with authorised Credit bureaus only.
