Why am I not receiving the OTP on KYC stage?

Sometimes OTPs can be delayed due to network issues or device settings.

Please check the following:

Wait for a few minutes and check if your phone is able to receive other SMS
Ensure your SIM card is active
Make sure your inbox is not full
Check that your device has good network coverage
