How will I receive confirmation once my loan is cleared?

In the app: Go to More → Your Profile → Documents
Email: The closure letter is also sent to your registered email ID after your repayment is updated

Once you complete your full loan repayment, a Closure Letter is issued confirming that there are no pending dues and your loan has been successfully closed. This also helps maintain a healthy credit profile, as the loan is reported as fully paid to credit bureaus.
